Lists of ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
    ¼ cup sour cream
    1 Tablespoon honey
    1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    4 cups shredded coleslaw mix
    1 small bell pepper (any color), finely chopped
    1 can (11 ounces) Green Giant® SteamCrisp® Extra Sweet Niblets Corn, drained
    ¼ cup chopped green onion
    Salt and pepper to taste

STEPS

1 Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, honey and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
2 Add coleslaw mix, bell pepper, corn and green onion. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes before serving.
