- ⅓ cup mayonnaise¼ cup sour cream1 Tablespoon honey1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice4 cups shredded coleslaw mix1 small bell pepper (any color), finely chopped1 can (11 ounces) Green Giant® SteamCrisp® Extra Sweet Niblets Corn, drained¼ cup chopped green onionSalt and pepper to taste

STEPS
1 Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, honey and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
2 Add coleslaw mix, bell pepper, corn and green onion. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes before serving.

If you have any coleslaw with corn leftovers lingering behind, they’ll still be good in the fridge for 3-4 days.
