  • 2 cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
    ½ cup granulated sugar
    ⅔ cup light brown sugar, packed
    1 can (15 ounces) Green Giant® 100% Pure Pumpkin
    2 large eggs
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract

STEPS

1 Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper. Whisk together flour, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl.
2 In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar and brown sugar. Whisk in pumpkin, eggs and vanilla until just combined.
3 Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry. Pour into loaf pan and spread evenly. Bake for 60-65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
4 Cool bread on a wire rack until room temperature before removing from loaf pan and slicing.
