This easy pumpkin whipped feta spread combines the creamy tang of feta cheese with the sweet, earthy flavor of pumpkin puree.   • 2 French baguettes, cut diagonally into ½-inch slices
    Olive oil
    1 can (15 ounces) Green Giant® 100% Pure Pumpkin
    12 ounces feta cheese block
    ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
    2 Tablespoons lemon juice
    4 Tablespoons honey
    ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
    2-3 large apples, thinly sliced
    1 cup pumpkin seeds, lightly toasted
    2 cups arugula

1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Place baguette slices on a large baking sheet and brush with oil. Bake 7 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
2 In a food processor, add pumpkin, feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon and red pepper flakes. Pulse until smooth.
3 Spread 3 Tablespoons of the pumpkin feta dip on to each crostini. Top each with apple slices, pumpkin seeds and arugula.
