Lists of ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
    2 cups finely ground graham crackers
    ½ cup melted unsalted butter
    2 Tablespoons brown sugar
    1 can (29 ounces) Green Giant® Family Size 100% Pure Pumpkin
    7.5 ounce jar marshmallow fluff
    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    8 ounces whipped topping
    4 cups mini marshmallows
    ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

STEPS

1 Combine graham crackers, butter, and brown sugar in a medium mixing bowl and stir until evenly moistened. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 oven-safe dish. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
2 Combine pumpkin purée, marshmallow fluff, and pumpkin spice in a large mixing bowl. Use a hand-mixer to beat until just combined.
3 Fold whipped topping into filling using a spatula. Pour filling over the crust and smooth evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours, or until set.
4 Turn oven to broil. Top pie with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips in a single layer and broil for 2-3 minutes, until marshmallows are toasted. Allow pie to cool for 10 minutes before slicing into squares.

TIPS & TRICKS

This pie can be made up to two days ahead of time through step 3. To serve, remove it from the fridge, and proceed directly to step 4.
