Lists of ingredients:

  • 8 ounces ramen noodles
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    2 Tablespoons gochujang sauce
    1 Tablespoon sesame oil
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 can (7 ounces) Green Giant® SteamCrisp® Niblets® Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
    ¼ cup chopped green onion
    1 teaspoon sesame seeds for serving

STEPS

1 Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. While noodles cook, stir together mayonnaise, gochujang, sesame oil and sugar in a small bowl until smooth.
2 Drain noodles and immediately return to pot. Add corn and green onions. Pour half of the sauce on top and toss gently with tongs to coat noodles.
3 Divide between two bowls and top with sesame seeds and drizzle with remaining sauce. Enjoy warm.
