Lists of ingredients:

  • For Dressing:
    ¼ cup mayonnaise
    2 Tablespoons olive oil
    2 Tablespoons lemon juice
    Salt and pepper to taste

    For Salad:
    3 cups chopped kale
    1 can (15 ounces) Green Giant® Low Sodium Sweet Peas, drained
    1 cup cucumber, lightly peeled and diced
    1 small tomato, diced
    2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and diced
    ¼ cup chopped green onion

STEPS

1 Add dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until smooth. 
2 Combine ingredients for salad in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat.
