  • 3 Tablespoons butter
    ¼ cup sliced almonds
    1 medium shallot, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 cans (14.5 ounce) Green Giant® Cut Green Beans Low Sodium, drained
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    Zest of 1 small lemon
    Cracked black pepper, for seasoning

STEPS

1 Melt butter over medium in a skillet. Add almonds and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add shallots and garlic. Sauté for 1 minutes longer, until tender and fragrant.
2 Add green beans, lemon juice and lemon zest. Stir gently to combine. Cook 2 minutes longer. Season with cracked black pepper. Serve warm.
