  • 16 ounces udon noodles
    2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
    Salt and pepper
    1 can (14.5 ounces) Green Giant® French Style Green Beans, drained
    Chili flakes for topping (optional)

    For Ginger Sauce:
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    ½ cup chicken broth
    1 Tablespoon honey
    1 Tablespoon cornstarch
    1 Tablespoon peeled/minced ginger
    1 clove garlic, minced

Steps

STEPS

1 Whisk together soy sauce, chicken broth, honey, cornstarch, ginger and garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.
2 Cook noodles according to package directions.
3 While noodles cook, heat oil over medium-high in a skillet. Season sliced chicken with salt and pepper. Add to hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring regularly.
4 Reduce heat to low. Add green beans and cooked noodles to skillet. Stir sauce once more and pour into skillet. Use tongs to gently toss ingredients to coat in sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, until sauce is thickened.
5 Serve hot, topped with chili flakes.
