Lists of ingredients:

  • 2 cans (15 ounces each) Green Giant® Whole White Potatoes, drained and halved
    4 Tablespoons butter, softened
    2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
    ½ cup sour cream
    ½ cup whole milk
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tablespoons chives, divided

STEPS

1 Add potatoes to a large microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Poke a hole in the top to vent. Heat in microwave for 4 minutes. Carefully remove using oven mitts.
2 Discard plastic wrap. Add butter and cream cheese. Mix until blended and creamy. Mix in sour cream, whole milk, garlic, and 1 Tablespoon chives. Season with salt and pepper.
3 Serve warm topped with remaining chives.
