Lists of ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
    1 can (11 ounces) Green Giant® SteamCrisp® Super Sweet Yellow & White Whole Kernel Corn, drained
    2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
    ½ teaspoon chili powder
    ¼ teaspoon salt
    Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
    ¼ cup crumbled cotija cheese
    2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro

STEPS

1 Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high for 2 minutes. Add corn and sauté until lightly charred, 4-5 minutes, stirring regularly.
2 While corn cooks, stir together mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, salt and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl.
3 Add corn and stir to coat. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with crumbled cheese and cilantro.
