Lists of ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
    1 cup whipping cream
    1 stick unsalted butter, melted
    2 Tablespoons sugar
    1 ½ teaspoon salt
    1 can (14.75 ounces) Green Giant® Cream Style Corn
    1 can (15.25 ounces) Green Giant® Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
    2 boxes (8.5 ounces each) cornbread mix

STEPS

1 Preheat oven to 350ºF and coat a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
2 In a large mixing bowl, stir together eggs, whipping cream, melted butter, sugar, salt, cream style corn, and corn.
3 Add cornbread mix. Stir until batter forms.
4 Pour into prepared pan and bake 55-60 minutes, until center is set. Allow to cool on a rack for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.

TIPS & TRICKS

If you like a little spice, stir a can of drained chopped green chiles into the batter. You can also add bacon bits, chopped chives, or shredded cheddar cheese.
