Lists of ingredients:

  • 1 can (29 ounce) Green Giant® Family Size Sweet Peas, drained
    ½ cup tahini
    ¼ cup olive oil, plus extra for serving
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 fresh mint leaves
    Salt to taste
    Sliced vegetables, for serving
    Toasted pita bread or crackers, for serving

1 In a food processor, add peas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and mint. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape sides with a spatula as needed. Taste and season with salt.
2 Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil. Serve with sliced vegetables and pita for dipping.
