Lists of ingredients:

  • 24 large white mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
    olive oil for brushing
    4 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 cup bacon bits
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    2 green onions/scallions, finely chopped
    1 can (11 ounces) Green Giant® Steam Crisp® Niblets ® Corn, drained

STEPS

1 Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2 Brush around rim of each mushroom with olive oil. Set aside.
3 In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, paprika and pepper together. Add bacon, cheddar cheese, green onions/scallions, and corn. Mix well.
4 Spoon filling generously into each mushroom cap and place on prepared baking sheet.
5 Bake 10 minutes. Serve warm.
