Lists of ingredients:

  • For Dressing
    ¼ cup olive oil
    2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
    2 Tablespoons honey
    2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
    1 clove garlic, minced
    ½ teaspoon salt

    For Salad
    1 can (15.25 ounces) Green Giant® Whole Kernel Corn, No Added Salt, drained
    1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
    ½ cup jarred roasted red bell peppers, chopped

STEPS

1 Whisk together ingredients for dressing in a small bowl. Set aside.
2 Combine ingredients for salad in a mixing bowl. Pour dressing over salad and stir to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
