Lists of ingredients:

  • For Dressing
    3 Tablespoons sesame oil
    2 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
    2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
    1 Tablespoon honey
    1 clove garlic, minced

    For Salad
    1 can (14.5 ounces) Green Giant® French Style Green Beans, No Added Salt, drained
    3 cups shredded coleslaw mix (carrot, green cabbage, purple cabbage)
    1 cucumber, lightly peeled, seeded and sliced
    ½ cup jarred roasted red bell peppers, julienned
    ¼ cup chopped roasted cashews

STEPS

1 In a small bowl, stir together ingredients for dressing. Set aside.
2 Combine green beans, coleslaw mix, cucumber and red peppers in a mixing bowl. Pour dressing over salad and gently stir to combine.
3 Transfer to a serving plate and top with cashews

Although this crunchy salad is prepared in no time, you can also make it the night before – dressing and all! When the cold green bean salad has extra hours in the fridge, the flavors have more time to marinate for an even bolder bite.
