Lists of ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon anchovy paste
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    1 Tablespoon lemon zest
    ½ teaspoon minced garlic
    1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    ¼ teaspoon black pepper
    2 jars (6.9 ounces each) Green Giant® Whole Mushrooms, drained

STEPS

1 Stir together oil, anchovy paste, lemon juice and zest, garlic, parsley and black pepper in a small bowl.
2 Heat mushrooms in a skillet over medium. Stir in dressing and gently mix to coat mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes.
3 Transfer to a serving plate and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
