  • For Orange Sauce
    1 cup fresh orange juice
    ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
    1 tablespoon orange zest
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
    1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
    1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    2 teaspoons cornstarch

    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, sliced
    ½ cup sliced white onion
    1 cup sliced red bell pepper
    1 can (14.5 ounce) Green Giant® Cut Green Beans No Salt Added, drained
    4 cups cooked white rice (for serving)
    1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

STEPS

1 In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients for orange sauce until cornstarch is dissolved.
2 Heat oil over medium in a large skillet until hot. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Add onion and bell pepper and continue to cook 3 minutes longer, stirring regularly.
3 Add green beans to skillet and pour in orange sauce. Stir, reduce heat to medium-low, and continue to cook 2-3 minutes, until sauce is thickened.
4 Serve hot over rice and garnish with sesame seeds.

TIPS & TRICKS

We recommend serving this stir-fry with white rice, but you can also serve it over brown rice, cauliflower rice, couscous, quinoa or noodles.
