  • 1 can (15 ounce) Green Giant® Asparagus Spears Extra Long, drained

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (divided)

    ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

    Lemon wedges for serving

STEPS

1 Heat oven to Broil. Place asparagus in an oven safe baking dish or baking pan and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat. Spread in a single layer and sprinkle with ¼ cup parmesan cheese.
2 Broil for 4-5 minutes, just until cheese is golden brown.
3 Serve hot, topped with remaining parmesan cheese, black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.

For extra color and flavor, garnish with halved multicolor cherry tomatoes.
