Lists of ingredients:

  • For Red Wine Dressing
    ¼ cup olive oil
    2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
    1 Tablespoon minced chives
    ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
    ¼ teaspoon salt
    Pinch of black pepper
    For Salad
    1 can (14.5 ounces) Green Giant® Italian Cut Green Beans, drained
    1 cup halved tricolor cherry tomatoes
    1 can solid white tuna, drained
    ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion or shallots
    ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese

STEPS

1 Combine ingredients for dressing in a small bowl or jar with a secure lid. Set aside.
2 Combine green beans, tomatoes, tuna and onion in a medium mixing bowl. Pour dressing over salad and stir to coat.
3 Transfer salad to a serving plate or bowl and top with feta cheese.
