With a name like red flannel hash, you can’t help but feel cozy when treating yourself to this savory breakfast dish. What makes this brunch (or even dinner) hash really stand out is that it features corned beef and sliced beets alongside the classic potatoes and eggs. Why else is this recipe so un-beet-able? Because it comes together in 10 minutes with the help of our Diced Potatoes and Sliced Beets, both of which considerably minimize the prep work.
