Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions.

While pasta cooks, heat Italian sausage over medium in a large skillet. Brown for 5 minutes, using a spatula to break up sausage into smaller pieces as it cooks. Add shallot and cook 3-4 minutes longer.

Add butter to skillet and melt. Reduce heat to low. Deglaze pan with white wine, using a wooden spatula to scrape any browned bits of sausage.

Stir in clams and corn. Cook 2 minutes longer. Drain pasta and add to skillet, tossing with tongs to coat in sauce from pan. Season with black pepper. Serve hot, topped with chopped parsley.
