Lists of ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
    1 cup sour cream
    1 can (14.75 ounces) Green Giant® Cream Style Corn
    ½ cup melted butter
    1 package (8.5 ounces) cornbread mix
    1 can (11 ounces) Green Giant® SteamCrisp® Super Sweet White Corn, drained

STEPS

1 Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a 2-quart casserole dish with butter.
2 In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sour cream, cream style corn and melted butter.
3 Add cornbread mix and white corn. Stir until evenly moistened. 
4 Pour into prepared dish and bake for 50-55 minutes, until center is just set. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
