  • For Crispy Prosciutto
    2 slices (1 ounce) of prosciutto

    For Asparagus
    1 Tablespoon olive oil
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon grainy mustard
    1 teaspoon honey
    1 can (14.5 ounces) Green Giant® Cut Asparagus, 50% Less Sodium, Drained

    For Topping
    1 ounce shaved parmesan cheese
    1 Tablespoon store-bought balsamic glaze

STEPS

1 Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread prosciutto on baking sheet, leaving 1 inch between both slices. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until shriveled and crisp. Cool at room temperature for 10 minutes.
2 While prosciutto cools, stir together olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and honey in a mixing bowl. Add asparagus and gently stir to coat. Transfer to a serving plate.
3 Break prosciutto into small pieces and sprinkle over asparagus. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with shaved parmesan.
