A frittata is an Italian-style baked omelet—a bit like a crustless quiche—and ham, asparagus, and cheese are a classic frittata combination. This is a great brunch recipe because it’s nutritious and easy to make. Serve it with slices of toasted rustic bread, a green salad, and cut tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the side for extra flavor and color.
