Green Giant product(s) used: Green Giant® French Style Green Beans

Lists of ingredients:

  • 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) Green Giant® French Style Green Beans, drained
    1 Tablespoon olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    Salt and pepper to taste
    ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

STEPS

1 Heat oven to broil. Add green beans, oil, garlic, salt and pepper to an oven-safe baking dish. Gently stir to combine.
2 Top with cheese. Broil 5-6 minutes, until cheese is golden brown.

TIPS & TRICKS

This recipe also works well with our asparagus products. You can substitute the same amount of Green Giant® Asparagus (Cut or Whole Spears) or any of our other green bean products.

To make Garlic Parmesan Green Beans ahead of time, toss the beans with the olive oil, salt, and garlic, spread them on the baking dish, cover with plastic wrap, and store in the refrigerator. To finish, bring the beans to room temperature, top with the parmesan, and bake as directed.
